Job Description:

The real estate sector is responsible for nearly forty percent of global emissions, and a staggering ninety percent of buildings are underperforming. This makes real estate the perfect domain to drive the transformation toward a sustainable future. With our software, we can reduce energy consumption by up to forty percent! Our ESG and Building Analytics platform serves as a foundation for every real estate company on the journey to Net-Zero and healthy properties. All available building data is automated, monitored, and analyzed, allowing us to optimize every building for each client, step by step, every day. As a Product Owner, you will lead our product strategy, guide the development of our B2B SaaS solution, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will report directly to the Director of Product & Operations.

As a Product Owner, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities crucial for the success of our product.:

Build and lead a product team composed of back-end, front-end, and machine learning engineers;; Develop and maintain cutting-edge Building Automation software in our industry;; Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business objectives;; Collaborate with team members to identify optimal solutions for our customers, including brainstorming with the AI/ML team for new technical challenges;; Seek out and secure new software partnerships to enhance our platform and support operations (CRM, Finance, etc.);; Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement;; Implement and enforce new security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems

• Familiarity with SkySpark, Machine Learning, IoT hardware, and LoRa is a plus
• Fluency in English and Dutch
