Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Collaborating closely with senior analysts, you will help to develop and maintain robust data solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be involved in the entire data lifecycle, from data acquisition through to retention and collections, gaining valuable experience along the way.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be entrusted with a variety of important tasks and projects that are essential to our data-driven initiatives.:

Assist in conducting thorough business data analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations across various stages, including Acquisition, Underwriting, Authorization, Retention, and Collections;; Support the validation of models and participate in the development of predictive analytics models;; Help navigate through Finance and Retail data to answer pressing business questions;; Provide analytical support to various departments, helping them leverage data for improved outcomes;; Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned by senior team members
