Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our North American operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of regional operations, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to craft and implement strategic roadmaps designed to drive operational success as we embark on a new phase of transformation and growth. Your leadership will play a critical role in aligning our business strategies with the overarching goals and objectives of the organization. This position requires a visionary leader who can adapt to changing market conditions and drive continuous improvement across all operational areas, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are essential to the success of our North American operations. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities::
- Develop and execute regional operations strategies to drive growth and enhance profitability.;; Oversee all operational processes, continuously adapt to meet customer expectations, and reduce delivery costs.;; Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.;; Strengthen organizational capabilities for implementing a generative AI roadmap.;; Demonstrate sound fiscal management to achieve profitability goals.;; Provide oversight to multiple functions, including operations, HR, talent acquisition, training, and quality assurance.;; Build and motivate a high-performing team, focusing on talent development and succession planning.;; Engage regularly with customers to gather feedback and develop solutions.;; Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand awareness.
