Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Python Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust machine learning pipelines and will be involved in enhancing our MLOps practices. The role requires proficiency in Python programming, specifically for machine learning applications, rather than scripting. Experience with cloud services such as Amazon Sagemaker and orchestration tools like Step Functions is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Generative AI concepts would be advantageous. This position is based in Malvern, PA, and requires on-site presence from the first day to facilitate a hybrid work model. The contract is expected to last over a year with a high potential for extension.

As a Python Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining machine learning pipelines that facilitate data scientists in their work. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the deployment of machine learning models and ensure their scalability and performance.:

Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines for various data science projects;; Implement MLOps best practices to streamline machine learning workflows;; Collaborate with data scientists to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions;; Utilize cloud services to deploy and manage machine learning models;; Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models
