Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Test Automation Engineer, where your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our insurance software is of the highest caliber. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting both automated and manual test scripts that rigorously evaluate our diverse range of insurance applications, from home and auto to farm and business coverage. Collaborating closely with product managers and developers, you will design comprehensive test plans that leave no aspect of our software untested. Your role will also involve building sophisticated test automation frameworks that streamline the testing process, making manual testing feel obsolete. As a proactive problem-solver, you will identify and address bugs across our software landscape before they impact our users. Keeping our bug-tracking tools organized and up-to-date will be key to maintaining team alignment on fixes. You'll analyze test results, providing clear communication to the team about outcomes, whether they are positive or indicate areas for improvement. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in test automation is essential, as we aim to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into our processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior QA team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in the field of test automation.

As a Test Automation Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing automated and manual tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.:
- Create automated and manual test scripts for various insurance applications;; Collaborate with product managers and developers to formulate test plans;; Develop and maintain test automation frameworks;; Identify bugs and issues within the software before they reach production;; Manage and update bug-tracking tools to reflect the current state of testing;; Analyze and report test results to the team;; Keep up with the latest trends in test automation and implement new strategies;; Provide mentorship to junior QA team members
