Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you will dive deep into our comprehensive datasets across various products and client applications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity and quality of our data models, implementing rigorous validation checks and transformations. You must possess a solid understanding of data modeling concepts and demonstrate the ability to create and maintain Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). A high proficiency in SQL is essential, as you will be troubleshooting data-related issues and identifying opportunities for enhancing our data models. Collaboration with engineers and product managers is crucial, as you will be actively working across multiple teams and projects to drive data excellence. If you have prior experience with real estate systems such as Yardi, MRI, VTS, RealPage, or Argus, you will have a significant advantage in this role.

As a Data Analyst, your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks aimed at optimizing our data processes and ensuring high-quality data outputs.:
- Analyze raw data from vendors and applications to identify primary keys, anomalies, and potential issues;; Create ERDs that serve as blueprints for engineers to develop ETL pipelines;; Troubleshoot data issues raised by clients and communicate findings to data engineers;; Quantify and document findings to share with clients concerning data quality and integrity;; Develop and implement validation rules for data pipelines to ensure accuracy;; Create and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries for all data pipelines
