You will utilize your skills in behavioral threat analysis and insider threat investigations to navigate complex situations and ensure a safe environment for all. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass assessing insider risk incidents, developing investigative plans, conducting sensitive interviews, documenting findings, and engaging with stakeholders to devise strategies for risk mitigation. The role demands a proactive approach to managing insider threats, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key responsibilities include identifying and investigating insider risk incidents, developing and coordinating investigative plans, and maintaining documentation of findings.:

Assess and investigate insider risk incidents and behaviors of concern;; Develop investigative plans utilizing open source intelligence;; Conduct sensitive interviews with various stakeholders;; Document findings using case management software;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new risk mitigation strategies;; Perform after-action reviews to refine best practices;; Develop policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards
