Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher with a strong focus on mixed methods to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive user research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into actionable insights that will guide product development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience. Your expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies will be essential in shaping our understanding of user needs and behaviors. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for understanding users and a commitment to improving the usability and accessibility of our products. You will play a pivotal role in the design process, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into every stage of development.

As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for the following tasks::
- Conduct user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing;; Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs and behaviors;; Collaborate with product teams to integrate user insights into the design process;; Present research findings to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations;; Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research
