Director of Executive Communication and Positioning

Job Description:

    We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader to take charge of our executive communication and positioning initiatives. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive executive visibility program aimed at enhancing the influence and reputation of our executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a robust communication framework that caters to both internal and external audiences, ensuring that our executive team is positioned as thought leaders in the industry. You will monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to keep our strategies both relevant and effective, while fostering cross-functional collaboration with departments like marketing, human resources, and corporate communications. Your efforts will include securing high-impact speaking engagements and media opportunities, as well as driving initiatives that strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders, such as media and analysts. A critical part of this role is to ensure that executive messaging aligns with our company's culture and values, ultimately driving internal engagement and enhancing our brand reputation through innovative communication strategies. You will establish metrics to assess the program's effectiveness, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize our approach.
