We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Security Lead to oversee our network and security infrastructure. This pivotal role involves managing the daily operations and ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of our network systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated network and security professionals, coordinating efforts between onsite and offshore teams to ensure optimal performance and security. Your expertise will enable us to implement best practices and improve our operational efficiencies. As the Network and Security Lead, you will engage in proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of network traffic, while also developing and enforcing robust security policies and procedures. The Network and Security Lead will undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure the effective management and security of our network systems.:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure.;; Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network configurations.;; Manage security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.;; Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect organizational data.;; Conduct investigations on security incidents and coordinate response efforts.;; Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.;; Lead and mentor a team of network and security professionals.;; Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.;; Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
