Job Description:
- At Rovio, data is central to our operations and is vital for enhancing our games and ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences to our vast player community. We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team, specifically focused on our popular Angry Birds 2 game. In this role, you will immerse yourself in understanding the game mechanics and the various business factors that influence our offerings. Your insights will be instrumental in developing new game features and optimizing existing ones. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Game leads, product managers, designers, and producers, to transform ambiguous problem statements into actionable strategies. Our Stockholm studio provides a hybrid work environment, requiring 2 to 3 days onsite, and we are supportive of relocation for the right candidate.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from raw data to enhance our gaming experience.:
- Provide objective perspectives and recommendations during decision-making processes;; Design and implement in-game A/B testing experiments to improve monetization strategies and player satisfaction;; Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to communicate findings to the game team;; Engage in proactive data exploration to identify opportunities for gameplay enhancements;; Collaborate with fellow Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Project Leads to refine our understanding of game metrics;; Mentor colleagues within the data craft and share best practices across teams
