Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This role is crucial in overseeing the release management lifecycle, which includes planning, scheduling, and controlling the development and delivery of software releases. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments, manage risks, and implement best practices. You will also be responsible for maintaining release schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all releases meet quality standards. Your ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

As a Release Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following::
- Plan and coordinate release schedules and deadlines;; Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth releases;; Identify and mitigate risks associated with release processes;; Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices;; Document and maintain release notes and process documentation;; Facilitate post-release reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
