In this role, you will be integral to our approach of 'Think It, Build It, Ship It, Tweak It', as we strive to enhance and streamline our regulatory reporting processes. Collaborating within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will be challenged to push your boundaries and think creatively. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. You will work closely with business users and your team to develop sustainable technical solutions aimed at meeting regulatory requirements such as MIFIR, EMIR, and MMSR. Additionally, you will engage in ongoing maintenance of our reporting solutions, ensuring they remain compliant and efficient. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful change within the organization, support strategic goals, and foster collaborative relationships with other development teams. As a Software Engineer, you will take an active role in the development and enhancement of regulatory reporting solutions. Your tasks will include::
- Conducting in-depth analysis and providing design solutions for regulatory reporting;; Collaborating with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications;; Engaging in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables;; Creating sustainable technical solutions and ensuring they align with regulatory standards;; Participating in cross-training and code reviews to promote knowledge sharing within the team;; Managing code efficiently and performing quality tests to secure the integrity of our solutions;; Maintaining effective communication with other development teams regarding integrations and changes
