Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Software Test Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our advanced E-CAD software. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting software tests across diverse and complex system environments. Your tasks will involve performing detailed analyses of software systems and documentation, ensuring thorough documentation of test cases in both German and English. You will be testing our E-CAD software under various Windows system environments and permissions, as well as providing virtual testing systems within the Quality Assurance team. Additionally, you will administer the test systems and servers for automated testing landscapes, ensuring excellent usability and functionality of our products.

As a Software Test Engineer, you will be engaged in various responsibilities essential for maintaining software quality.:

Conducting software tests in various complex system landscapes;; Performing and evaluating technical analyses of software systems and documentation;; Documenting test cases in both German and English;; Testing WSCAD E-CAD software in Windows environments with different system permissions;; Providing virtual test systems within the QA team;; Administering test systems and servers for automated testing environments;; Ensuring high usability and functionality of products

Qualifications:

• Skilled in managing virtual system landscapes
• Experience in creating test scripts in an agile testing environment
• Passionate about troubleshooting software applications and their documentation
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
