Job Description:

Are you an innovative leader with a passion for the startup ecosystem and emerging technologies? This role invites you to take charge of our digital asset and blockchain initiatives, positioning you at the forefront of collaboration between dynamic startups and Mastercard's key partners. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a groundbreaking strategy that enhances the adoption of our Start Path program, specifically targeting digital assets and B2B startups. This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with elite startups and facilitate partnerships aimed at reshaping the future of commerce. You will work closely with global product teams to explore partnership opportunities in various critical areas, such as fund transfers, payment solutions, and supply chain financing. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with senior executives and external partners, ensuring that our startup engagement programs are world-class. Your leadership will play a vital role in driving innovative projects and providing thought leadership within the crypto space, including organizing events and producing impactful content.

As the Director of Product Development, you will have a range of critical responsibilities aimed at driving Mastercard's strategic initiatives in the digital asset and blockchain space.:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance Start Path adoption among startups in the digital asset and blockchain sectors.;; Collaborate with global product teams to identify and facilitate partnership opportunities focused on various payment solutions.;; Build and maintain high-level relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote program awareness and engagement.;; Design and oversee the Start Path crypto program to ensure it meets the needs of corporate-startup engagement.;; Manage the ongoing relationships with startups in the portfolio, fostering community engagement and ensuring successful partnerships.;; Lead thought leadership initiatives within the crypto space, including organizing industry events and creating insightful content.
