Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy in a thriving financial services start-up located in the M4 Corridor. This executive role is critical to our growth and success, as the CFO will be responsible for shaping our financial future and driving our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial services, particularly in treasury management, and will possess strong leadership skills. You will oversee all financial activities to ensure the company's financial stability while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. As CFO, you will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies to support our ambitious growth objectives. This includes long-term financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring that our financial operations align with our strategic goals. You will also manage our treasury functions, optimizing our debt and funding structures while engaging with banks and institutional investors to secure efficient funding. Your leadership will extend to mentoring and developing the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. As a key advisor to the CEO and the board, your insights on financial matters will be invaluable.
