Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and entering data within the healthcare sector, specifically related to the HSE Capital & Estates function. You will play a vital role in the National Estates Information System project, which focuses on various aspects of healthcare estate management. Your primary objective will be to ensure that data is entered accurately and securely while adhering to established protocols. You will be tasked with updating data regularly and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will utilize Power BI and other tools to visualize data and provide insightful reports to stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant projects that impact the healthcare system and requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.

As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will encompass a range of data-related tasks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information within the system.:
- Perform ETL processes and manage the HSE Capital & Estates database.;; Utilize Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.;; Regularly update data according to a predetermined schedule or user requests.;; Maintain data integrity while implementing necessary changes.;; Support data quality assurance and control procedures.;; Identify and rectify data errors, including formatting issues and duplicate entries.;; Verify information and ensure the database is updated to reflect changes.;; Assist in data migration and integration activities.;; Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to the data system.
