Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & AI Platforms Engineer to join our dynamic team in either Spain or Ireland. This role demands a solid background in deploying and configuring OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters. You will be part of the Red Hat Cloud & AI Platforms Services organization, which is dedicated to designing and implementing outstanding customer experiences with our Cloud Services and AI Platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving customer incidents promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to their services. You will analyze system performance, identify potential risks in cluster architecture, and develop solutions that enhance resilience. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing detailed post-incident analyses that not only outline the causes and mitigation steps but also provide recommendations for preventing future occurrences. Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding Cloud & AI Platforms Services;; Analyze and troubleshoot issues affecting OpenShift managed clusters and AI stacks;; Collaborate with internal teams to enhance infrastructure support and customer experience;; Document all customer interactions and resolutions for future reference;; Participate in global initiatives aimed at reducing customer effort and improving tooling
