Job Description:

    We are looking for a Production Systems Engineer to become a vital member of our Release to Production team located in Dublin. This role is essential as it involves handling the complete Hardware Lifecycle of our servers and data centers, which serve as the backbone of our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will collaborate with various teams including Production Engineering, Enterprise Networking, Hardware Designers, and Datacenter Operations to ensure optimal system performance globally. The challenges you will face range from microscopic errors in CPU registers to large-scale deployment solutions for our extensive fleet of servers. We seek individuals who possess curiosity and determination to solve some of the most complex issues in the field.

As a Production Systems Engineer, your primary responsibilities will revolve around enhancing the operational health of our production systems through innovative tooling solutions and thorough troubleshooting.:

    Develop and maintain automated solutions for critical business processes;; Diagnose and resolve system failures in collaboration with key stakeholders;; Identify and implement enhancements to tooling, hardware, and processes;; Become a subject matter expert in specialized areas of the RTP team such as Firmware Deployment and Edge/CDN hardware
