Job Description:

Since the launch of our advanced validation software in 2014, we have been dedicated to enhancing the speed, accuracy, transparency, and intelligence of validation within the Life Sciences sector. As a Senior Software Engineer in our Research and Development Department, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution of our software platform, designing and implementing new features to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that our engineering solutions are aligned with company objectives, performance standards, and innovative goals.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new solutions and features, conducting unit and component testing, and supporting business inquiries through enhancements and fixes. You will analyze technical requirements and collaborate with internal technology partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.:

Develop solutions and features based on project requirements;; Conduct thorough unit and component testing of new applications;; Support troubleshooting and maintenance of existing applications;; Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and compliance;; Engage with stakeholders to shift from defect identification to prevention;; Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering;; Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
