As a Customer Services Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone and email. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs and ensure their queries are resolved efficiently, contributing to a positive experience that aligns with our high service standards. You will also have the chance to work in a hybrid setting after successfully completing your probation period, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement. The office operates during standard hours from Monday to Friday, ensuring that you have your evenings and weekends free. We are looking for candidates who are eager to grow with the company, and we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed for success.

As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial for maintaining excellent customer relations.:

    Responding to day-to-day customer inquiries regarding the delivery of goods;; Processing all customer correspondence in compliance with company standards;; Collaborating with Customer Services and Warehouse Team Leaders to ensure seamless contract execution;; Managing live chat to address inbound queries and directing them to appropriate departments;; Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
