Job Description:
- We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of HR to join our team in Leiston, England. This is a full-time permanent position reporting directly to the Alliance Director. As a pivotal member of the Alliance Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy for a significant mega-project spanning over ten years. Your primary focus will be to ensure that we attract, develop, and retain a skilled workforce capable of delivering on our ambitious goals. You will be responsible for translating high-level strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives, particularly as we transition from the initial phases of project development to the main installation phase. This role requires you to effectively lead a diverse HR team, collaborate with industry partners, and engage with external stakeholders to create a cohesive and positive workplace culture. You will also need to navigate the complexities of labor relations in a unionized environment and champion innovative approaches to workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.

As the Head of HR, you will undertake various responsibilities to ensure the success of the project and the HR function within the organization.:
- Lead the HR team and collaborate with key HR stakeholders within the alliance and industry partners.;; Develop and implement a resourcing strategy to meet the demands of a growing workforce during the installation phase.;; Influence and engage with senior stakeholders to achieve desired HR outcomes.;; Ensure robust processes for talent attraction, retention, and onboarding.;; Maintain positive employee relations through proactive consultation with trade unions.;; Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement on workforce performance.;; Design and implement a competency framework to enhance workforce capabilities.;; Foster a culture of high performance and motivation within the HR team.
