Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cork. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that facilitate key strategic decisions within the organization. Your expertise will be essential in generating comprehensive reports, identifying potential growth areas, and proposing enhancements that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with various departments, including analysts, data scientists, engineers, and product managers, ensuring a seamless understanding of business needs while tracking critical performance indicators and developing intuitive dashboards to oversee essential projects.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will undertake the following key responsibilities::

    Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity prior to generating reports and dashboards.;; Utilize SQL and fundamental statistical methods for data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to prepare datasets for analysis.;; Work in tandem with the Data team to construct data models, databases, and systems that support analytical endeavors.;; Employ analytical tools and methodologies to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover patterns that inform business strategies.;; Create and maintain clear and concise reports and dashboards using PowerBI to monitor key performance metrics and business indicators.;; Engage with business stakeholders to pinpoint their specific needs and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.;; Continuously document any anomalies or data issues and relay them to the Technology team.;; Effectively communicate findings through insightful storytelling to stakeholders via presentations and reporting, ensuring insights are actionable and relevant.;; Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address particular business inquiries and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
