Job Description:
- As an IT Cybersecurity and Cloud Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our IT infrastructure and guiding management on risk management strategies. Your expertise will be essential in conducting thorough IT risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring robust application and infrastructure security. You will be responsible for analyzing alerts and incidents to detect malicious activities and determining the indicators of compromise. Additionally, you will oversee pre- and post-implementation reviews of IT systems and enhancements while conducting comprehensive security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our security controls. Your insights will guide us in enhancing our internal policies and procedures related to change management, business continuity planning, and information security. Collaborating with various business units and external security experts, you will coordinate audits and provide valuable feedback on compliance with security protocols. You will also contribute to cloud migration projects, assist in the administration of security platforms, and facilitate the development of support documentation to enhance user experience.

The role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities that are vital for maintaining IT security and compliance.:
- Provide guidance on IT risk management to business and IT management.;; Maintain and update the IT Risk Assessment process.;; Triage security alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.;; Conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews of IT systems and enhancements.;; Perform IT security audits, including evaluating security vulnerabilities.;; Test compliance with general computing controls and provide feedback.;; Review IT management policies and procedures to ensure adequacy of controls.;; Assist in managing Microsoft 365 Defender for Cloud and other security products.;; Support vulnerability management and endpoint protection initiatives.;; Evaluate cloud migration opportunities and assist with migrations.;; Document service desk requests and track resolution processes.;; Alert management to emerging trends in security risks.;; Develop and update support documentation and FAQ sheets.
