Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced Software Tester to join our dynamic team in McLean, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. This role involves developing test plans, executing test cases, and identifying defects and issues within the software. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on usability and performance. A strong attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance are essential. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our projects and enhance your skills through continuous learning and improvement.

As a Software Tester, your primary responsibilities will include the following::

    Design and execute test cases based on project requirements;; Perform regression testing and validate fixes;; Report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;; Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback;; Contribute to test strategy and process improvement
