Assistant Project Manager
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all tasks are on schedule and within budget. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining project timelines and achieving project goals. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and documentation to track project progress and providing support in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include assisting in project planning, execution, and monitoring.:
- Support project managers in developing project plans and schedules;; Coordinate meetings and communicate with project stakeholders;; Track project progress and prepare status reports;; Assist in resource allocation and budget management;; Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
