Job Description:
- We are looking for a dedicated Software Tester Contractor with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess between three to six years of experience in software testing and will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects and actively contribute to improving our software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases that align with project specifications. Your role will include both manual and automated testing across various software applications, as well as identifying, documenting, and managing defects using industry-standard issue-tracking tools. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that testing objectives are met will be a key aspect of your role. In addition, you will be performing regression testing to confirm that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to design and maintain automated test scripts using cutting-edge tools. Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies will also be crucial in this position.

As a Software Tester Contractor, you will undertake various responsibilities that are vital to the success of our software products.:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements;; Conduct manual and automated testing on diverse software applications;; Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align on testing goals;; Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don't disrupt existing functionalities;; Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium;; Analyze test results and provide feedback for software quality enhancements;; Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development process improvements;; Stay updated with the latest trends in testing tools and methodologies
