Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to oversee and facilitate various technology projects within the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding cross-domain teams in an agile environment, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will utilize your expertise in project management to lead medium-sized projects, leveraging your agile certification to foster a collaborative and productive team atmosphere. Your capacity to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively will be crucial in navigating the challenges of enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Additionally, you will engage with different stakeholders, providing updates and insights while ensuring that risks are identified and managed proactively. As an Agile Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include leading scrum ceremonies, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.:
- Manage the scrum process and remove impediments;; Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals;; Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies;; Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;; Provide guidance on agile practices and principles to team members
