Agile Scrum Master

Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team, responsible for fostering an Agile environment and ensuring that Scrum processes are effectively utilized. The role involves coaching and guiding teams to optimize their workflow, facilitating important Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Retrospectives, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will also support teams in managing dependencies and impediments, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere between the Product Owner and the development team. This position is crucial for helping teams deliver value effectively while adhering to Agile principles.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams and enhancing their performance through effective Agile methodologies.:

    Develop and deploy secure data-sharing technologies across various business lines;; Optimize the flow of stories and value delivered by Scrum teams;; Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication;; Act as an Agile Coach, promoting Agile mindset and empowering teams to be self-managing;; Guide teams in understanding and implementing Scrum practices;; Support the team in defining norms and agreements, such as Definitions of Ready and Done;; Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments for the team;; Provide visibility into delivery plans and progress to stakeholders
