As an Arena Operations Intern, you will undertake various responsibilities that contribute to our operational efficiency and project management.:
- Perform data entry tasks, including transferring data from physical documents to our digital database using IBM Maximo.;; Organize and maintain existing data in spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.;; Conduct thorough reviews of data for errors or deficiencies and make necessary corrections.;; Assist in special projects that involve substantial data entry.;; Support administrative functions by updating CAD drawings to reflect changes made to the arena.;; Create comprehensive reports for management analysis.;; Maintain a project management knowledge base, ensuring all documentation is relevant and complete.;; Collect and analyze project data, generating reports, graphs, and presentations as needed.;; Facilitate senior leadership meetings and prepare presentations effectively.;; Stay informed about innovative business technologies and company operations.;; Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders.
