Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to take ownership of design initiatives for our Platform Console, an enterprise application that facilitates the discovery, management, and utilization of global technology solutions, APIs, and documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting capabilities across various enterprise platforms to deliver high-quality outcomes and promote continuous improvement. You will set the standard for design excellence in a complex enterprise environment while working on challenging projects that require innovative thinking and a deep understanding of user experience principles. Your expertise will help drive the modernization and simplification of our technology landscape.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design efforts for the Platform Console, ensuring that user needs are met while driving innovation in our design processes.:

Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment;; Facilitate user testing sessions and incorporate feedback into design iterations;; Maintain design documentation and guidelines for consistency across platforms
