Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and exceptional individual to become part of our Program Management team. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate efficiently and effectively to tackle complex challenges. You will engage with a diverse array of project teams, including product managers, operational representatives, biologists, computational biologists, chemists, engineers, and software engineers, to drive the development of groundbreaking products that are revolutionizing biological research. Our innovative solutions have empowered scientists to explore biology at unprecedented levels of resolution and scale, leading to significant advancements in fields such as cancer biology, immunology, neuroscience, and developmental biology. In this high-energy environment, you will be instrumental in the creation of vital new products, encompassing assays, instruments, consumables, and software. Your robust background in research and development project management, coupled with your experience in the development of genetic analysis systems from inception to successful market launch, will be essential. You will collaborate closely with both technical and commercial leaders to ensure that project priorities, risks, resources, and timelines are meticulously managed and adjusted as needed. Your excellent organizational capabilities will guarantee that no detail is overlooked, while your strong communication skills will ensure that all team members are aligned and heard. This role also involves supporting the R&D Operations lead with strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and departmental communication, among other responsibilities.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the execution of product development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing resources and timelines.:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline resource needs, scope, budget, and quality targets;; Monitor and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of program plans;; Consult with stakeholders to align program goals with overall business objectives;; Identify key objectives and potential technical risks in partnership with core team members;; Facilitate the resolution of program issues and decision-making regarding trade-offs;; Refine and improve project management processes and communication strategies within the team
