Job Description:
- We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior User Experience Designer with a strong focus on design systems. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining design systems that enhance user experiences across various platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering and accessibility specialists, to drive the evolution of our design system. Your contributions will significantly influence the consistency and quality of our product design, particularly for K-12 curriculum responsive web experiences. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior designers, engaging in strategic planning, and advocating for user-centric design principles throughout the development process.

As a UX/UI Designer III, you will lead various aspects of design system development and ensure its effective implementation across products.:
- Conduct analysis and audits of existing design systems to identify areas for improvement;; Create and document design components, patterns, and guidelines that align with user needs;; Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of design elements;; Facilitate design workshops and presentations to educate stakeholders on design system usage;; Conduct usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions;; Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the team;; Stay informed about the latest trends in UX design and apply them to enhance our design system;; Evangelize the adoption of the design system across the organization
