Job Description:
- We are seeking a seasoned Agile Scrum Master who will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering projects within the financial sector. This position involves end-to-end project management, requiring collaboration across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery. The Scrum Master will be responsible for defining project objectives, coordinating team efforts, and managing risks while ensuring compliance with established standards. A key part of the role is to facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote adherence to Agile principles, ensuring that teams remain focused and engaged. The Scrum Master will also work closely with stakeholders to provide transparency regarding project health and progress, making adjustments as needed to meet client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The ideal candidate will foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to adapt based on feedback and to self-organize effectively.

The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in a financial context, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.:
- Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews;; Manage dependencies and risks within the project, proactively addressing impediments to progress;; Ensure clear communication of project objectives and updates to all stakeholders;; Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and clear product backlog;; Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the teams;; Provide regular status updates and ensure project transparency to leadership;; Oversee project financials and resource allocation
