As the Director of Venture Strategy, you will take on a leadership role in shaping our investment approach and nurturing emerging talent within the venture community. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and evaluating potential investments, leading due diligence efforts, and collaborating with other VCs on strategic initiatives.:

Identify and analyze promising startups in the Web3 and AI sectors;; Conduct comprehensive market research to support investment decisions;; Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts;; Lead workshops and training sessions for emerging investors;; Develop strategic frameworks to guide investment processes and portfolio management
