As a Data Scientist I, you will engage in various tasks aimed at enhancing our employee analytics capabilities.:

    Experiment with different machine learning techniques to improve model performance;; Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform HR strategies;; Develop statistical models to assess employee turnover, engagement, and performance;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for HR initiatives;; Ensure data quality and integrity by collecting and preprocessing data from multiple sources;; Create impactful metrics and business cases to support program success
