Your deep understanding of our product portfolio and technology will enable you to proactively position these offerings to clients. You will also conduct strategic workshops to identify business needs and provide solutions that drive value. Your main responsibilities will include establishing strong partnerships with clients, providing strategic guidance, and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and collaboration.:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.;; Understand customer needs and formulate solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.;; Conduct workshops to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.;; Collaborate closely with Account Managers to achieve budgetary goals and explore revenue opportunities.;; Continuously expand knowledge of business trends, markets, and the NielsenIQ product portfolio.
