Job Description:

    We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to lead and innovate at a cutting-edge fabrication facility. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with shaping the operational framework necessary to drive the company’s growth and efficiency. You will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring that robust systems and controls are in place to support not only current activities but also future expansions. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively balance operational excellence with financial sustainability, while also fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement among our workforce.

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for a broad range of operational functions aimed at enhancing productivity and quality across the organization.:

    Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies in alignment with the management team to transition from a job shop to a high-capacity production facility.;; Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, focusing on safety, quality assurance, productivity, and cost management.;; Collaborate with shipping and engineering departments to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing processes.;; Implement a new job scheduling system and monitor all production activities on the shop floor.;; Oversee budgeting for capital and operational expenditures alongside manpower planning.;; Establish and uphold production and quality performance standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.;; Maintain shop floor organization and cleanliness, adhering to established safety and operational protocols.
