As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and optimizing our global travel inventory system, collaborating with various departments to enhance our service offerings. You'll conduct in-depth analyses to evaluate performance metrics, establish key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for growth. Your role will involve building insightful dashboards, forecasting models, and statistical analyses that inform strategic decisions and improve the overall customer experience. You will work with a passionate team that values data-driven insights and innovative solutions in the travel industry.

As a Data Analyst, you will undertake the following responsibilities::

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business model and travel inventory supply.;; Establish and monitor top-line metrics and KPIs, reporting on their progress and addressing any anomalies.;; Create dashboards to visualize trends and insights.;; Collaborate with the commercial team to analyze key performance metrics related to inventory and bookings.;; Develop forecasting models to identify performance gaps and optimize revenue.;; Conduct statistical analyses, including A/B testing and pre/post analysis.;; Correlate various data sets to extract meaningful insights.;; Work with data engineering teams to create effective data models.;; Identify and address risks associated with customer liabilities and commissions.;; Promote a data-driven culture by producing actionable reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of R/Python is a plus
