Job Description:

    We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead the AI Center of Excellence. This role will be essential in strategizing and executing the implementation of AI initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to innovate and lead, shaping the future of AI integration while working closely with various business units to uncover and leverage transformative opportunities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, while overseeing the AI operations, building a cross-functional team, and identifying opportunities for AI adoption. Your role will also involve developing a comprehensive AI technology strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and guiding technological advancements. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of AI experts, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in AI deployment.

As the Head of AI, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of strategic and operational tasks aimed at driving AI integration within the organization.:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive AI technology strategy;; Build and manage a team of AI experts;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models and tools;; Lead the implementation of AI solutions at scale;; Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions;; Establish governance frameworks for AI projects;; Engage stakeholders to understand AI needs and provide recommendations;; Stay updated on industry trends and new AI technologies
