Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions, performing data analysis, and contributing to AI initiatives that drive business growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement effective solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks that contribute to the success of our data initiatives.:

    Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns;; Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders;; Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data quality and accessibility;; Support AI projects by preparing and analyzing datasets;; Conduct data validation and ensure compliance with data governance policies
