As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing a centralized BI system within our dynamic Hamburg team, which is a part of our subsidiary, InnoGames. This team is integral in providing essential services such as user acquisition, creative services, and data warehousing for our diverse portfolio of gaming studios. You will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders from various international companies, leveraging their unique insights while sharing your own expertise. Your analytical capabilities will be essential in deriving actionable insights from our combined data sets, which will support both strategic and operational decision-making for our executive and functional teams. We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, possess a good sense of humor, and are willing to dive deep into their work to drive success.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for enhancing our BI capabilities and providing insightful data analysis.:

Develop comprehensive reporting in PowerBI for diverse stakeholders, including executives and functional teams.;; Transform analytical findings into Python scripts for various predictive models.;; Implement advanced technologies and integrate new data sources to enhance the BI system.;; Utilize data analytics to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness.;; Proactively advise portfolio companies on marketing strategies and game trends.;; Serve as a subject matter expert to local analytics teams, driving improvements in their analytical capabilities.;; Conduct analyses on marketing and product initiatives to assess their efficiency.
