DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This position is crucial for enhancing our continuous integration and continuous delivery processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing and optimizing Jenkins pipelines, demonstrating proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting issues within the pipeline. You will work closely with developers to review their pipelines and assist in resolving any build problems that may arise. Familiarity with OpenShift is essential, as you will be expected to debug deployments and utilize tools such as oc apply and kubectl effectively. While our Jenkins and OpenShift environments are already set up, your expertise in establishing new pipelines and understanding basic debugging processes will be invaluable. Knowledge of AWS is a plus, given that our OpenShift deployment runs on this platform. Strong communication skills are necessary to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
