Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital interfaces. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex air logistics processes into seamless user experiences. You will be instrumental in the development of a product designed to deliver optimal pricing solutions for our airfreight customers based on real-time data. Your expertise will guide the creation of designs that enhance usability, drive efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and logistics experts, to bring ideas to life and ensure our digital products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will have diverse responsibilities that encompass the entire design process from research to execution.:

Conduct user research to gather insights from stakeholders in the air logistics sector, identifying their needs and pain points.;; Create user personas based on research findings to inform design decisions.;; Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively convey the functionality and flow of the quoting and pricing systems.;; Design intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex processes, ensuring a seamless user experience.;; Facilitate user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability.;; Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align design solutions with technical requirements and business goals.;; Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.;; Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design and integrate them into your work.
