Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our IT department in Eckernförde, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the graphical advancement of our user interfaces, both for our mobile applications and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with the product management team to develop innovative ideas, transforming them into interactive click-dummies and prototypes when necessary. Your expertise will be instrumental in validating and optimizing concepts to ensure outstanding usability and a compelling user experience. You will also be pivotal in preparing and conducting usability tests, acting as a key link between product management and the development team. You will work autonomously within an agile, interdisciplinary team, contributing significantly to the creation of successful products.

As a UI/UX Designer, your main responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at improving user experience across our platforms.:

Enhance the graphical design of our user interfaces for mobile apps and web projects;; Collaborate with product management to brainstorm and develop new design ideas;; Create interactive prototypes and click-dummies based on initial concepts;; Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to refine designs;; Work within an agile team to deliver high-quality user experiences
