Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Security Manager who will be pivotal in enhancing and executing comprehensive security strategies within our organization. In this role, you will take charge of developing existing management systems while overseeing IT security processes to safeguard our technological assets. You'll be the primary liaison for both internal and external auditors, ensuring that we meet and exceed compliance standards. Your expertise will help shape the security landscape across various ventures under our umbrella, and you will be instrumental in drafting and documenting security processes. We are looking for someone who can perform internal risk analyses and devise actionable measures to mitigate any identified risks. As an advocate for security awareness, you will conduct training sessions and monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives. Furthermore, you will refine our incident management processes and explore new tools to enhance our security operations. Collaborating closely with our operational IT team, you will ensure that we maintain a secure and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure.
