Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager responsible for the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of customer implementation projects. This role entails managing software implementations, consulting, training, and custom development services. The ideal candidate will ensure that project requirements are met in terms of scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients. As this is a customer-facing role, prior experience interacting with clients is essential. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand upcoming implementation timelines and manage the overall scope, schedule, and cost of assigned projects effectively. You will be tasked with prioritizing customer requirements for inclusion in project statements of work, stabilizing project deliverables in coordination with development managers, and ensuring successful technical delivery through internal user acceptance testing. Proficiency in Jira for development ticket tracking is required.

The Project Manager will undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of projects.:

Work with the sales team to gain insights into upcoming implementation, consulting, and development timelines;; Manage and oversee the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned service projects;; Prioritize customer requirements and integrate them into the project's statement of work;; Collaborate with development managers to define and stabilize project scope and deliverables;; Conduct internal functional user acceptance testing to guarantee successful technical delivery to clients;; Utilize Jira for tracking development tickets and managing project tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in Project Management or Product Management
• Long-term implementation project experience (6 months or more)
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, or paper and pulp is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus
