Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to oversee and facilitate a complex project within the financial sector. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of significant changes across multiple departments within a business unit. The ideal candidate will employ Agile methodologies to lead the project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. You will be responsible for integrating various work streams, managing project scope, and conducting daily SCRUM meetings. Additionally, you will work closely with the product owner to ensure that the team is aligned and able to deliver on project timelines. As the primary point of contact for the project, you will also handle risk management and mitigation planning, ensuring that quality assurance processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the following activities::

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;; Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals;; Lead the integration of various work streams to deliver cohesive project outcomes;; Recognize and address risks, creating mitigation plans to ensure project success;; Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change adoption and readiness;; Oversee quality assurance processes to meet all project requirements;; Act as the primary liaison for the project, ensuring effective communication across all parties
