Your primary focus will be to define the vision and roadmap for our products, ensuring that the needs of stakeholders are met while maintaining alignment with the strategic direction of the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the requirements and objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of our projects. We are looking for someone who can bring a wealth of knowledge in Agile practices and a passion for continuous improvement.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will oversee the Agile process and ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles. Your responsibilities will include maximizing product value, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.:

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap;; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine the product backlog;; Prioritize stories and ensure that the team has sufficient 'ready' stories for upcoming sprints;; Review and accept completed stories, making decisions on scope and requirements as needed;; Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
