- We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, alongside a strong foundation in manual testing techniques. Your role will involve implementing quality assurance processes and methodologies that ensure our products meet the highest standards. A background in retail or online store operations is highly desirable, as it will help you understand the unique challenges in this sector. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business partners and developers, to troubleshoot and resolve defects efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to host status meetings and working sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your ability to work independently under pressure, coupled with your comfort in a fast-paced environment, will be critical to your success.
